Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days.

For any specific concerns or questions about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.   

All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout. However, please be advised that local taxes may apply.

Tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery of your package by visiting the shipping carrier's website.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We may require additional information or documentation from you to complete the claim process. If you receive a damaged item as part of your order, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. Simply reach out to us within 7 days  of receiving your order and we'll take care of the rest.

 

Delivery confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we consider the order fulfilled.

Order cancellation

Customers have a 1-hour window to cancel their order after placing it. If more than 1 hour has passed since the order was placed, we will not be able to cancel the order and it will be processed and shipped as usual.
